Position Details Therapists will conduct sessions ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, with the opportunity to utilize any other licensing or specialization they hold as long as it aligns with our overall mission. Motherlove Massage uses an online scheduling platform and payment portal for efficient management of client appointments. Therapists working more than 12 hours per week are eligible for W2 employment within a tiered compensation structure. Compensation ranges from $24 up depending on education and experience. Team members may participate in monthly training sessions, community outreach initiatives, and engaging social events to enhance professional ability and effectiveness. Responsibilities Provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients according to their needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols. Keep accurate records of client sessions and payments. Requirements Valid Florida massage therapy license. Liability insurance Proficiency in various massage techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience or dual licensing in a similar role is preferred.
