Full-time / Part-time Flexible schedule available About The Vault Performance The Vault Performance is a high-end sports performance and recovery center located at the Orange County National Golf Club complex in Winter Garden, Florida. We help golfers and athletes recover faster, move better, and perform at a higher level through a combination of therapy, recovery modalities, and performance training. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Massage Therapist who enjoys working with active clients and athletes. This role focuses on sports recovery, soft-tissue work, and helping clients feel and move better so they can train and compete at their best. You'll be part of a collaborative team that works with high-level athletes and practitioners, offering valuable professional exposure in a performance-focused environment. Key Responsibilities  Provide therapeutic, sports, and recovery-focused massage treatments  Assess soft-tissue restrictions and create effective treatment plans  Work with golfers and multi-sport athletes on recovery and performance goals  Collaborate with our chiropractic and performance team  Educate clients on self-care, mobility, and recovery strategies  Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment and accurate documentation  Deliver an exceptional client experience every session Qualifications  Valid Florida Massage Therapy license  Experience or certification in cupping, Active Release Technique (ART), and advanced soft-tissue techniques preferred  Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset necessary  Experience with sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, or athletic populations preferred  Strong understanding of anatomy and common sports-related soft-tissue issues  Multiple years of professional training experience a plus  Excellent communication and client-care skills  Reliable, professional, and team-oriented  Ability to work flexible hours (including some early mornings or evenings) What We Offer  Work in a modern performance facility with access to recovery tools (cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression, etc.)  Opportunity to treat motivated athletes and golfers alongside experienced practitioners  Supportive team environment  Competitive pay  Flexible scheduling How to Apply Please send your resume and a short note about your experience working with athletes or active clients.
