Thrive Integrative Medicine is looking for talented practitioner(s) to join our massage therapy team, with a flexible schedule built around your life. Schedule Requirements:

You practice unique or specialty modalities you'd like to bring to our clients, such as: Lomi Lomi Ayurvedic massage Shiatsu Lymphatic drainage Infant and pediatric massage Sports massage Dermoneuromodulation (DNM) Massage integrated with energy work You're skilled in any form of neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release, which are always a great fit for our clientele You're local to the Athens area Therapists of all genders, backgrounds, and experiences are encouraged to apply. Requirements:

Valid massage therapy license Current liability insurance Saturday availability, 10 AM - 4 PM, every Saturday or every other Saturday (required) Great patient and practitioner communication skills, note taking, time management, a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and a desire to learn Ability to establish rapport with clients At least 2 years of experience preferred. Entry-level therapists are welcome to apply if they bring strong education, prior experience in a related field, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, customized massage therapy using a wide variety of modalities, including Swedish, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, active release techniques, and reflexology Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans, and offer add-ons as needed (cupping, CBD, and kinesio taping) Use knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective massage techniques Maintain accurate patient records, offer home-care suggestions and product recommendations, and communicate effectively with front desk staff

Compensation & Support:

This is an employee position with pay based on commission plus gratuity. Pay and commission percentage are based on experience, with room for growth.
