What You'll Do Perform customized massage services based on your training and certifications, including Swedish Massage and other therapeutic modalities such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, or other specialties. Conduct thoughtful guest consultations to understand wellness goals, areas of concern, and create personalized treatment recommendations. Educate guests on massage benefits, wellness practices, and professional home care recommendations. Deliver an exceptional luxury spa experience through outstanding guest care and communication. Maintain accurate guest records and treatment notes. Follow all sanitation, safety, and professional licensing standards. Collaborate with our salon and spa team to create an elevated guest experience. We're Looking For Someone Who... Holds a current Iowa Massage Therapy License. Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. Has experience in Swedish Massage; additional certifications are a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques. Communicates professionally and builds lasting guest relationships. Thrives in a team environment while also working independently. Maintains CPR certification (or is willing to obtain it).
