Full or Part Time availability. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy practices. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management and occupational health. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic policies. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each session while delivering outstanding customer service. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience working in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients professionally and empathetically. Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients' recovery and well-being. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
