Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various massage techniques and have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities:

Perform deep tissue massages, trigger point therapy, and other specialized massage techniques
Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments
Provide acute pain management through therapeutic massage sessions
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor massages to individual needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress

Requirements:

Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist
Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patients' conditions
Knowledge of occupational health practices
