Duties Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs Assist with additional aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair removal procedures Manage client consultations to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterile in compliance with health regulations Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling complementary services to enhance client satisfaction Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or

to schedule appointments, record client information, and process transactions Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build community engagement Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with certification in esthetic or cosmetology fields preferred Experience working in the beauty or wellness industry with a strong understanding of customer service excellence Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, tattooing, and hair extensions Familiarity with salon software platforms such as Millennium or
