Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on physiology, anatomy knowledge, and pain management history Educate guests on self-care practices and recommend ongoing wellness strategies to support their health goals Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, guests progress, and medical history in compliance with privacy regulations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience Adhere to all safety protocols including proper sanitation standards Stay current with industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities such as med spa techniques or new massage modalities Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally Proven experience in massage therapy with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques Prior experience working in a med spa or clinical setting preferred but not required Excellent guests communication skills with the ability to assess needs accurately and provide personalized care Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and occupational health standards Join us to elevate your career as a Licensed Massage Therapist where your skills will foster healing, relaxation, and well-being for every client you serve.
