Our holistic philosophy offers customers the highest quality spa services and unique programming within a modern and sophisticated setting to guests. We are seeking extra ordinary Massage Therapists who can engage with our amazing customers and provide services that exceed customer expectations. Our service should be as authentic as our product offerings. Specific job training will be provided to meet OYESPA requirements. Qualifications Massage Therapy license High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years' experience working in a Salon or Spa Experience in Aveda product knowledge would be a plus. Training will be provided about Aveda products and services. Has strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building Actively participates in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade Experience in administrative or operational and computer skills would be a plus Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services to clients, utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address pain management and promote relaxation. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and customize treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for clients, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Deliver exceptional patient service, addressing any concerns and fostering a positive experience. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support overall patient wellness.
