KC Reflexology is a growing wellness spa in Lee's Summit, Missouri, specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Sports Recovery, Cupping Therapy, and other therapeutic wellness services. We have a strong existing client base and an established online booking presence through Fresha. We continue to invest in marketing, promotions, and client retention to help our therapists maintain consistent bookings. We welcome both newly licensed and experienced massage therapists!

Responsibilities Customize massage services based on each guest's individual needs and preferences Provide professional, high-quality massage services Perform massage modalities based on training and qualifications, including Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Reflexology, Sports Recovery, and other applicable techniques Provide service enhancements such as Cupping Therapy, Hot Stones, and Aromatherapy when trained Adjust pressure and techniques based on guest preferences Communicate professionally with guests regarding areas of concern and wellness goals Promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage when appropriate Build positive, long-term relationships with new and returning guests Create a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing guest experience Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Reset treatment rooms between appointments Change massage table sheets and linens after each guest Wash and dry towels, sheets, and massage linens Fold, organize, and put away clean towels and linens Restock treatment rooms and supplies as needed Help maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, common areas, and staff areas Follow all sanitation, hygiene, safety, and spa service standards Participate in training and continued skill development Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace Cleanliness and laundry are shared team responsibilities. All team members are expected to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment. Qualifications Must meet applicable Missouri and local licensing requirements before independently providing massage therapy services Professional liability insurance, if required Capable of effectively performing professional full-body massage services Professional, caring, and guest-focused Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willing to participate in laundry, room resets, and daily spa cleanliness Willing to learn and continue developing professional massage techniques Passion for massage, wellness, and helping others Newly licensed massage therapists are welcome to apply.
