Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and recover faster ? We are looking for an energetic and skilled Stretch Practitioner to join our team at Stretch Recovery Lounge - Bridgewater As a Stretch Practitioner , you will work one-on-one with clients to improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness through assisted stretching techniques. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing wellness industry while making a direct impact on clients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs. Assess clients' flexibility, mobility, and posture to create personalized stretching plans. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and proper movement techniques. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients. Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the session. Keep accurate client records and track progress over time. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the studio. Stay updated on the latest stretching and recovery techniques .

Qualifications & Skills:

Certification or experience in stretch therapy, personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, yoga, or similar fields preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics . Excellent communication and customer service skills . Ability to build rapport with clients and help them achieve their goals. Must be comfortable with hands-on client work in a professional setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends . Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus!):

NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach Certification ISSA Flexibility Specialist Certification ACE Functional Training or Mobility Certification Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Personal Trainer Job Type:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
