Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns, pain points, and wellness objectives Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, progress, and post-session care instructions Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment outcomes Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy and related health practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care Requiremnets Must be able to speak spanish Must be willing to attend marketing events with the team Must be willing to help our Therapists and Chiropractors Must be a licensed Massage Therapist in NJ Experience Proven experience in providing diverse massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports, prenatal, and medical massages Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pain management and rehabilitation processes CPR certification is required to ensure safety during all sessions Demonstrated commitment to patient service excellence and customer satisfaction Join us in creating a calming yet energizing environment where clients feel valued and cared for through expert touch and compassionate service.
