We are a family-owned boutique spa that takes pride in providing exceptional client care in a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Because we are a small boutique spa, we are looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our daily operations—not just perform massages. When your schedule is not booked with clients, you'll assist with front desk responsibilities and help ensure our spa runs smoothly. Responsibilities Provide outstanding massage therapy services tailored to each client's needs. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments. Assist with front desk duties during downtime, including: Greeting clients Answering phones Scheduling appointments Checking clients in and out Processing payments Maintaining a clean, organized reception area Help maintain treatment rooms and common areas. Work collaboratively with the entire spa team to create an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Current New Jersey Massage Therapy License. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable learning front desk and scheduling software. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Willingness to help wherever needed. Weekend availability is preferred.
