About The Positions:

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified LMTs to join our team. Do you have a purpose-driven love for helping others via manual therapy? A personal journey of healing that inspires you to seek out solutions for your clients, too? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOAP notes, intake, assessment, orthopedic testing, orthopedic techniques, stretching, gliding and/or vacuum cupping, Vodder manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial release . The ideal candidate will have training and fluency in Vodder or medical manual lymphatic drainage techniques with interest in learning fluid rerouting, lipedema, and post-op lymphatic and fibrosis care.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional therapeutic massages based on individual client needs and preferences. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand specific concerns, medical history, and treatment goals using AI transcription and dictation Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique health and wellness objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports. Schedule clients for follow up appointments, check out clients on booking software, sell memberships and packages to clients

Requirements:

Nevada massage therapy license. Strong proficiency in various massage modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and client-focused approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
