Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Duties Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to address client concerns and promote healing. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Collaborate with Doc to support patient health goals Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up care or additional services. Utilize medical terminology effectively when documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to inform treatment decisions. Proficient in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue massage and pain management strategies. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy and patient care. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
