- Parma, Ohio About Us Chiro Cleveland is a thriving chiropractic and massage therapy clinic centrally located in Parma, Ohio.
Our clientele spans a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, physical ailments, ages, and activity levels. Our vision is to make the Cleveland area a healthier place through chiropractic care, massage therapy, exercise, and postural improvement. The office was recently renovated and includes three massage therapy rooms and one chiropractic treatment room. All treatment is paid for out of pocket—we do not accept medical insurance. Job Summary Our two current massage therapists have each been with Chiro Cleveland for more than 10 years. We are looking to add a third experienced massage therapist who is interested in building a long-term career with the practice and becoming an established part of our team for many years to come. You will have considerable independence in how you practice, including the ability to set your own schedule and develop a treatment style that works best for you and your clients. Treatment You will have autonomy in your treatment style. Our current massage therapists began with a deep-tissue, muscle-specific approach, but over time they have developed more relaxing treatment techniques that still effectively reduce symptomatic muscle tension while providing clients with an excellent, restorative experience. You will have the freedom to bring your own unique treatment style and approach to best serve your clients. Appointments typically range from one to two hours, and we also offer a full-day massage treatment option. You can view all of our current treatment options at chirocleveland.com . Clientele We serve a diverse clientele from throughout the Cleveland area, representing a wide range of ages, occupations, lifestyles, activity levels, and treatment needs. An established clientele is welcome, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable maintaining an average of approximately 10-16 hours of massage therapy per week as their schedule develops. Requirements Current Ohio massage therapy license Preferably at least two years of professional massage therapy experience Passion for health and wellness and the ability to communicate that passion to clients Commitment to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment Interest in developing a long-term presence within the practice What to Expect From Us We are a close-knit team that works well together and genuinely enjoys improving our craft. We support one another when needed while also respecting personal space, independence, and individual treatment styles. The owner's treatment philosophy is that many painful musculoskeletal conditions involve hypertonic muscles and can often be effectively addressed through a combination of massage therapy and chiropractic care. Marketing Support We understand that one of the most challenging parts of building a massage practice is generating consistent client volume. The owner will assist you with: Building your online presence through social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms Email and text marketing campaigns to an existing client base of thousands of patients and clients Promotional offers and campaigns that consistently help generate additional visits Exposure through the established Chiro Cleveland website and online presence Office Space & Equipment You will have your own dedicated treatment room in a newly renovated clinic.

Tech & Scheduling Chiro Cleveland has operated in a paperless environment from day one. Our practice management and scheduling systems are intuitive and easy to use. Clients can schedule appointments online themselves, and you can also schedule future appointments with them at the end of a visit. Because of our streamlined systems and cash-based model, we are able to operate efficiently without requiring a traditional receptionist. Hours You set your own schedule. The clinic is available to you seven days per week, allowing you to choose the days and hours that work best for your practice and lifestyle. Our current massage therapists generally work approximately four treatment hours per day, four days per week, but your schedule is entirely your own. Compensation 70% of services provided + 100% of your tips Independent contractor position Current massage rate: $120 per hour Below are examples of estimated annual income based on treatment volume: Approximately $51,000/year

- based on an average of 15 treatment hours per week, including estimated tips These estimates assume the therapist receives 70% of our $120/hour massage rate, averages approximately 15% in tips, and works 50 weeks per year, allowing approximately two weeks away from the practice annually.
