We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about wellness, committed to providing exceptional service, and interested in long-term growth within a supportive spa environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay + Commission Gratuities Retail Commission Opportunities Employee Discounts on Services and Retail Continuing Education Opportunities Qualifications Active Oregon Massage Therapy License Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience preferred Knowledge of therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, sports, or specialty massage modalities Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend availability required Responsibilities Provide customized massage treatments based on client needs Conduct professional consultations and maintain accurate treatment notes Educate clients on treatment recommendations and self-care practices Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Follow all spa policies, procedures, and professional standards Additional Opportunities Interested candidates may have the opportunity to receive training in traditional Hammam treatments and spa rituals.
