We are seeking a motivated Massage Therapist who is eager to expand their knowledge and enhance their massage techniques with stretching and Ashiatsu. Our team-oriented wellness center is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment for both our clients and employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate therapist looking to grow with our team and develop their skills further.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality massage sessions tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns, recommending additional treatments, and creating a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive and supportive work atmosphere.
• Adhere to all state regulations and guidelines pertaining to massage therapy.

Requirements:

• Valid and current state license or certification in massage therapy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.

Sample hours:

12-7pm, 10am-4pm, weekends 9am-3pm. Hours are flexible just need to have 1-2 evenings available and 1 weekend day available. Can work every other Saturday or Sunday.

Compensation:

$35/hour plus tip; $55/90mins plus tip; additional $5 per returning client. We're primarily a fee-for-service practice, which means you have the freedom to be creative, grow your skills, and develop your own practice without doctors or insurance companies dictating how you provide care. You may find chiropractic offices paying $50

• 70 an hour, usually no tip, but they may be billing $200+ for that same hour of massage.

I believe massage therapists should earn a livable wage while keeping care accessible to clients. So while our rate may be lower than some chiropractic offices, we make up for it with flexibility, thoughtful support, and careful management of business expenses—so the practice works well for everyone.
