Lancaster Medical Massage is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing therapeutic massage practice as an independent contractor. Our clients come to LMM wanting to feel and function better. Our massages focus on pain relief, and individualized care rather than a traditional spa experience. If that's the kind of massage you want to specialize in, we'd love to meet you! Therapists receive 70% commission on services performed — currently averaging around $60 per hands-on hour, plus tips. This opportunity presents our contractors with many of the benefits of having your own massage practice without having to build one from scratch. You maintain the flexibility and independence of self-employment while Lancaster Medical Massage provides an established practice, client base, and the infrastructure needed to see clients. New graduates are absolutely welcome. We care much more about a willingness to learn, curiosity, professionalism, and communication than the number of years you've been practicing.
