Pleasant Nails & Head Spa - Pleasant View, TN We're looking for 1-2 Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our growing team as we expand our Head Spa by introducing professional massage services. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape our massage program from the beginning. We're looking for therapists who are passionate about their craft, experienced in a variety of massage techniques, and excited to help us develop our service menu and grow a loyal client base. What We're Looking For Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License Experience performing a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, etc. preferred) Professional, dependable, and client-focused Interested in helping develop new services and grow a new department Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Position Details 1099 50-60% commission, based on experience Appointment-only schedule to start Opportunity to transition to an hourly position in the future if it becomes a good fit for both parties Flexible scheduling Why Join Us?
