Role Description This is a part or full time, on-site position located in Boerne, TX for a Licensed Massage Therapist. The individual in this role will either provide high-quality massage treatments, including therapeutic body massage and stress-relief treatments tailored to each client's needs. Experience in medical spa settings or occupational health is highly desirable. The Licensed Massage Therapist will play a vital role in enhancing clients' health and satisfaction through expert care and customer service. They will ensure an exceptional customer service experience, maintain a clean treatment space, and adhere to industry standards and licensing requirements. Additional Opportunity We are also looking for Licensed Head Spa Therapists. Licensed Massage Therapists experienced in head spa services may accept head spa commissions at the head spa therapist wage. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored massage therapy plans Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities aimed at pain management and relaxation Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients by adhering to sanitation standards and occupational health guidelines Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care when necessary Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology and anatomy knowledge Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and occupational health practices Skilled in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is preferred Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care Commitment to maintaining professional standards of hygiene and safety

Note:

Employees are not paid during downtime but are expected to assist with setup, cleaning, and light reception work during non-service hours.
