Apply physiology and anatomy knowledge to identify areas of tension or pain and tailor therapies accordingly. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, gather feedback, and ensure comfort throughout the session. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical or health information. Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR certification and proper sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local regulations. Proven experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Experience in patient assessment and pain management strategies. Certification in CPR is required; additional certifications in specialized massage techniques are a plus.
