Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Greeting each client with warmth, actively listening to their needs, and providing the appropriate assistance.

Team Collaboration:

Supporting coworkers to ensure a seamless, smooth flow of operations throughout the day.

Sales and Up-selling:

Discussing additional enhancements, add-ons, and product recommendations with guests.

Facility Upkeep:

Handling laundry, deep cleaning, restock, and general upkeep to maintain a welcoming, pristine environment.

Opening and Closing:

Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring everything is ready for the day and properly secured at the end of shifts.

Consistent Quality Service:

Providing consistently high-quality services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction every time.
