WORK IN THE BEST SPA IN ZION CANYON

We just built it. Brand-new treatment rooms, a co-ed lounge, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge — a full circuit our guests can move through before and after their treatment. It's a quiet, beautiful building a short walk from the hotel, and it was designed from the ground up around one idea: people should leave feeling different than when they walked in. Our guests come off Angels Landing and the Narrows sore, tired, and genuinely grateful for what you do. You will not spend your shift convincing anyone they need a massage. They already know. We're looking for Utah-licensed massage therapists, and every day of the week is open. Tell us your availability and we'll build the schedule around it.

SCHEDULE AND PAY

• All days are open. Tell us what you can work — one day a week or seven, weekdays or weekends. We'll build the schedule around you.
• Spa hours are 11am-8pm.
• $65 per hour for time spent providing treatments.
• Gratuities on top of that, and our guests tip well.
• 10% commission on every retail product you sell — no quotas, no pressure, just a cut of what you genuinely recommend.
• $12 per hour for other hours on the clock (setup, turnover, room prep between bookings).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Consult with each guest about their needs and health history before you begin.
• Deliver treatments across a range of modalities, tailored to the person on the table.
• Send guests off with simple aftercare guidance.
• Recommend the products you actually believe in — and earn 10% when they buy.
• Keep accurate treatment records and a room you're proud of.

OUR RETAIL IS WORTH KNOWING

We make most of it ourselves, right here in Utah. Our Deep Relief Balm is an active analgesic — menthol crystals, cayenne, camphor, lavender, and tea tree in a shea and beeswax base. It warms, then cools. Hikers love it. We also carry seven chakra mineral bath soaks, beeswax candles, local raw honey, and professional skincare lines. You'll get to try it all. Staff buy retail at 40% off for their own personal use. It's a lot easier to recommend something when you use it yourself, and a lot more honest.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Utah massage therapy license (or able to obtain one).
• Solid technical skill across multiple modalities.
• Someone warm, reliable, and easy to work alongside.
• Spa or resort experience is a plus, not a requirement.
