We are growing and looking for a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong hands, excellent knowledge of anatomy, and a genuine passion for bodywork. This is an opportunity for a therapist who wants to go beyond traditional spa massage, develop advanced techniques, and work with a premium clientele. What You'll Do Perform customized massage and bodywork treatments Work with muscle tension, fascia, and full-body techniques Incorporate lymphatic and sculpting techniques when appropriate Learn True Form Beauty's signature methods and treatment protocols Create highly personalized treatments based on each client's needs Deliver an exceptional, high-end client experience Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Who We're Looking For Current Virginia Massage Therapist License required Strong hands-on massage skills Solid understanding of anatomy and body mechanics Professional, reliable, and confident with clients Excellent communication skills Passion for learning and developing advanced techniques Comfortable working in a boutique, high-end environment Experience with lymphatic drainage, myofascial work, deep tissue, sports massage, body sculpting, or other advanced bodywork techniques is a plus. Don't have experience with all of these techniques? That's okay. We provide hands-on training in our methods for the right therapist. Compensation $40-$60 per service hour + tips Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and existing clientele. Therapists with advanced skills and/or a strong established client base may qualify for higher compensation.
