We are looking for a female massage therapist licensed in the state of Virginia for our beautiful clinic in Reston, Virginia, 20 miles outside of Washington DC. We are looking for a rockstar who is excited about helping people, learning and working in a team environment with the Doctor and other therapists. Pluses for applicants would be to have some experience but not necessary, recent graduates are welcome. We will do training in the clinic with you. We mainly do sports massage, prenatal, trigger point work and deep tissue. Sessions in our clinic are 50 minutes long and we would like the therapist to do 15-25 therapies a week (3-6 daily) based on how many the therapist can perform at a high level. Therapists will be paid between $40-55 for each 50 minute session plus tips and bonuses for each paycheck depending therapist skill and likeability. We reward our therapists and take care of them, most of our therapist stay at our clinic for 5+ years, we have one that has been with us for 15 years! Our combination of treatments and care between the doctor and the therapists are what bring people back. Our clinic has been going since 2000 with many patients have been with us from the start. Therapists will not be required to sell products but do receive bonuses for anything they help sell.
