In this role, you will provide specialized massage therapy services tailored to athletes, active individuals, and clients seeking pain relief or relaxation. Your expertise will help clients enhance their performance, recover from injuries, and maintain overall physical health. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and sports massage to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical condition, pain points, and treatment goals Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and proper self-care practices Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans and address any questions or concerns Stay informed about the latest techniques to continually improve service quality Qualifications Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on sports massage, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy Certification in massage therapy from an accredited program; CPR certification preferred Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and pain management principles Ability to perform prenatal massage safely and effectively for pregnant clients Excellent patient service skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction Familiarity with medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and injury recovery Prior experience in a physical therapy or wellness setting preferred Demonstrated commitment to professional development through ongoing education in sports therapy techniques Join us to help clients achieve their peak performance and recover faster through expert massage care.
