Repose Massage & Healing Arts is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. We're a small, client-centered massage practice focused on creating a welcoming, professional space where clients can slow down, feel cared for, and receive massage tailored to what their body needs that day. We're looking for an LMT who is dependable, professional, and genuinely invested in providing excellent client care. The right person doesn't need to practice exactly like the rest of us. We love therapists who bring their own strengths and style to the table while working well as part of a team. What you'll do: Provide customized massage sessions based on client goals, preferences, and contraindications Complete and maintain appropriate intake forms, consent documentation, and session notes Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment space Manage your schedule responsibly and arrive prepared for scheduled clients Communicate professionally with clients and fellow team members Follow Repose policies and professional standards of practice Help create the warm, welcoming experience our clients know Repose for What we're looking for: Current Wyoming massage therapy license, or eligibility to obtain one Professional liability insurance Strong communication and client-care skills Dependability and good time management Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally New graduates are welcome to apply Compensation & perks: 50% commission on services performed 100% of client tips Established practice with existing clientele and ongoing marketing Online booking and scheduling provided Massage supplies and treatment room provided Laundry provided Flexible part-time schedule Opportunities to grow your clientele within Repose Our Signature Massage allows therapists to customize sessions using the techniques and tools appropriate to their training and the client's needs. Repose also offers prenatal and postpartum massage, manual lymphatic drainage, stretch and mobility work, couples massage, and other specialized services depending on therapist training.
