About The Position:

We are currently seeking a compassionate, and client-focused Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys creating deeply relaxing experiences, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer care, and genuinely enjoys helping clients feel their best. We're looking for someone who values professionalism, communicates well, and wants to be part of a clinic that prioritizes quality over rushing through appointments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys longer, slower-paced sessions and believes that creating an exceptional client experience is just as important as technical skill.

Responsibilities:

Perform personalized therapeutic massage sessions based on each client's individual goals and preferences. Conduct thorough client consultations and create treatments tailored to each visit. Deliver a relaxing, welcoming experience from the moment clients arrive until they leave. Offer and perform customized treatment enhancements, including hot stones, cupping, scalp massage, paraffin, sugar scrubs, and other clinic services (training provided as needed). Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Encourage appropriate follow-up care and help clients maintain consistent treatment plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room + common areas. Contribute positively to a supportive team culture.

Requirements:

Current state massage therapy license. Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program. Passion for helping clients reduce stress and improve their overall well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Reliable with excellent time management. Comfortable providing 90-120 minute massage sessions. Ability to remain mentally present and engaged throughout longer relaxation-focused treatments. Experience with prenatal massage is preferred. Experience with therapeutic enhancements such as hot stones, cupping, paraffin, sugar scrubs, or scalp massage is a plus, or a willingness to learn. Commitment to creating a consistently exceptional client experience. Professional liability insurance required.
