In this role, you will collaborate closely with providers and staff to ensure every patient receives timely, courteous, and compassionate care. We are looking for a professional who consistently adheres to established policies, procedures, and standards . If you are a professional with strong work ethics and a passion for delivering outstanding care, we invite you to apply Minimum Requirements One year of medical office experience — Candidates must have at least one year of hands‑on work in a medical office setting, demonstrating familiarity with patient flow, administrative tasks, and basic clinical support. Electronic Medical Records proficiency — Experience using EMR systems is required. E‑Clinical Works (ECW) experience is highly preferred, including charting, scheduling, messaging, and documentation workflows. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Demonstrates clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication. Rooms patients, prepares exam rooms, and ensures a clean and organized environment. Obtains and accurately records vital signs and patient information. Assists providers with minor procedures, ensuring patient safety and support throughout. Handles prescription refill requests and prior authorizations promptly. Administers immunizations and injections in accordance with office guidelines. Performs venipuncture and prepares specimens for laboratory processing. Helps providers with charting, documentation, and day‑to‑day clinical tasks. Obtains lab results, imaging reports, and medical records from outside facilities. Offers translation or interpretation services to support patient understanding. Maintains strict patient confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA regulations.. Takes on additional responsibilities as needed to enhance patient care and clinic flow.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position requires full range of body motion, including handling and possibly assistance with lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to stand and walk for extensive periods of time.
