Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Medical Assistant , you will have a unique opportunity to engage with both the clinical and administrative aspects of patient care. Your work will directly contribute to the seamless operation of our clinic and the health of our patients.

Clinical Responsibilities:

Perform Phlebotomy :

Conduct blood draws accurately and efficiently to ensure proper testing and diagnosis.

Administer Injections :

Provide testosterone and Vitamin B12 injections, along with other necessary treatments as prescribed.

GAINSWave Therapy :

Comfortably administer GAINSWave sound therapy for erectile dysfunction, directly assisting male patients with this specialized procedure.

Sample Processing :

Process and transport blood samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring they are handled with precision.

Room Preparation :

Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and medical instruments to maintain a clean and professional environment.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction :

Greet and check in patients as they arrive, creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Scheduling :

Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and resources in a busy clinic.

Documentation :

Accurately enter lab results and other medical information into the patient's Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Patient Communication :

Respond to inbound calls, answer patient inquiries, and ensure follow-up care is scheduled promptly.

Compliance :

Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA protocols and ensure that all patient records are handled with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Previous experience in a related field such as medspas, urology, family practice, endocrinology, gynecology, or general practice.

Technical Skills :

Hands-on experience with phlebotomy and injections .

Education :

Degree in Medical Assisting .

Certifications :

Certified Medical Assistant ( CMA ), Certified Phlebotomy Technician ( CPT ), Registered Phlebotomy Technician ( RPT ), or Registered Medical Assistant ( RMA ) are highly desired. Proficiency in

Software :

Comfortable using Gmail, MS Office , and EMR/patient management software .

Organizational Skills :

Strong time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
