Medical Assistant | Medical Aesthetics Solana Beach, CA Full Time Join a boutique medical aesthetics practice in Solana Beach where medical expertise meets artistry. The practice focuses on natural, balanced results and a highly personalized client experience. We are looking for a polished, motivated Medical Assistant who wants to grow with the practice and become an important part of the client experience. This is not a high volume, transactional med spa environment. We are looking for someone who values attention to detail, professionalism, aesthetics, and exceptional patient care.

The Role:

The Medical Assistant will work closely with direct report to support daily treatments, prepare clients and treatment rooms, maintain clinical organization, and ensure every client has a seamless experience from arrival through checkout. As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the business.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and create a warm, professional experience Prepare treatment rooms before and between appointments Room clients and assist with intake and appropriate pre treatment workflows Support injector during aesthetic treatments within the MA's permitted scope Take standardized before and after photos Maintain accurate patient documentation and assist with chart preparation Clean, disinfect, and turn over treatment rooms according to practice protocols Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies Monitor product and supply levels and communicate reorder needs Assist with client checkout and scheduling when needed Help maintain an immaculate, organized, luxury practice environment Provide clients with approved practice information and instructions while referring clinical questions to injector Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Help ensure each client receives consistent follow up and exceptional service

What We're Looking For:

Medical Assistant training and qualifications appropriate for the role in California Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related clinical environment strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial practice Professional and polished presentation Reliable and proactive Comfortable learning new technology and practice systems Understands the importance of patient privacy and discretion Genuine interest in medical aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and the industry Ability to maintain a calm, welcoming environment even during busy days

The Person Who Will Thrive Here:

We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it. You should be equally comfortable preparing a treatment room, welcoming a nervous new client, organizing inventory, taking great before and after photos, and helping keep Olivia's schedule running smoothly. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be coachable, proactive, dependable, and genuinely interested in growing with the practice. Schedule Full time (Monday -Friday) Current practice hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00

PM Compensation:

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. This is an opportunity to join a growing boutique aesthetics practice at an early stage and work directly alongside an experienced aesthetic injector. For the right person, we're looking for someone who can grow rather than simply fill a position.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
