Job Description

HealthReach Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who sees patients on a rotating basis at 2 health centers. Responsibilities include triage, laboratory functions, recording medical information, direct patient care and education, processing mental health referrals, supporting the behavioral health staff and electronic medical record documentation. The selected candidate will receive competitive salary and benefits, and pension plan with employer match.
