Job Description
HealthReach Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who sees patients on a rotating basis at 2 health centers. Responsibilities include triage, laboratory functions, recording medical information, direct patient care and education, processing mental health referrals, supporting the behavioral health staff and electronic medical record documentation.
