Our team takes pride in creating positive experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the daily success of our practice, involving consistent interaction with patients and helping ensure they feel comfortable, cared for, and valued throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage with patients to create a warm, welcoming environment Assist with patient preparation before, during, and after treatment Perform administrative duties, including data entry and word processing Support podiatric procedures and treatments (training provided) Assist with orthotic adjustments and dispensing Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture Qualifications Prior experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others Positive attitude and high energy in daily work Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without close supervision Strong attention to detail and communication skills What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys working closely with people and enhancing their experience A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives without micromanagement A team player who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the workplace An individual who approaches each day with a positive mindset Please include a cover letter stating why you would be the best candidate for this position.
