Preparing the rooms Pulling and maintaining charts Verifying documents Ensuring timely service Greeting patients Obtaining and documenting patient information Accompanying and/or assisting the providers with procedures Communicating with patients, providers and other staff members Updating the electronic medical records (EMR) system Performing cleaning, sterilizing, organizing and inventory tasks
