Position is for a medical practice. This would require a minimum of 4-5 hours on Monday and Tuesday in office work. Remote phone hours would be available Thursdays and Fridays from 12 to 4:30 PM. Training is paid and equipment is provided. Experience with a medical office and Electronic Health Record is preferred but not required. Increments of 4-8 hours a day would be expected.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
