Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while managing administrative and patient care related tasks in a fast-paced medical environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care. This role involves assisting and receptionist responsibilities. Experience preferred. Great work ethic and reliability a must! Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries. Assist physician with taking vitals, height and weight measurements, hearing and vision screenings and diagnostic testing.
