Responsibilities:

Assists with direct patient care procedures and related tasks
obtaining patient histories and vital signs, verifying medication lists, preparing charts and pre-visit planning
Administers injections including vaccines and medications

Qualifications:

Highschool or GED required.
Medical Assistant certification required.
