Responsibilities:

• Assists with direct patient care procedures and related tasks
• obtaining patient histories and vital signs, verifying medication lists, preparing charts and pre-visit planning
• Administers injections including vaccines and medications

Qualifications:

• Highschool or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification required.
