Key Responsibilities Room patients, record vitals, and prepare them for provider visits Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments as needed Accurately document in eClinicalWorks (ECW) , including patient histories, vitals, and treatment notes Perform phlebotomy, administer injections, and conduct point-of-care testing Manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient visits Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Assist with front office tasks when needed, such as scheduling or benefits verification Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols Qualifications Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) strongly preferred At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (primary care preferred) Phlebotomy and injection experience required Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and patient service abilities Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Revive?
