Full-Time Aesthetics Medical Assistant Compensation:

$41,000 - $46,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Face IQ Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in support of April Harrison, PA-C. The Role As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with our provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered aesthetic care.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with injectable procedures and laser treatments.
• Conducting patient intake and supporting comprehensive consultations.
• Preparing and maintaining sterile, organized, and welcoming treatment rooms.
• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience from arrival to departure.
• Providing administrative support, including appointment scheduling and patient communication. Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of one year in dermatology, med spa, or injectable clinical settings.

Certification:

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.

Skills:

Proven background in customer service and sales, with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
