Job Description

Medical Director -

Family Medicine New Port Richey FL Hybrid Opportunity Highlights:

Hybrid leadership role: 3 clinic days + 2 admin (remote-capable)
Monday-Friday with flexible 8-hour schedule (7 AM-7 PM window)
Patient volume: 18 per day
Telephone-only call (minimal, rotated)
Oversee 16+ providers + 2 APP leaders
Partner directly with CMO on strategy and program development

Compensation & Benefits:

$260K-$300K+ (highly negotiable)

Qualifications:

BC in Family Medicine
5+ years clinical experience
2+ years leadership experience required
Strong interest in program development and mentorship
