Job Description
Medical Director -
Family Medicine New Port Richey FL Hybrid Opportunity Highlights:
- Hybrid leadership role: 3 clinic days + 2 admin (remote-capable)
- Monday-Friday with flexible 8-hour schedule (7 AM-7 PM window)
- Patient volume: 18 per day
- Telephone-only call (minimal, rotated)
- Oversee 16+ providers + 2 APP leaders
- Partner directly with CMO on strategy and program development
Compensation & Benefits:
- $260K-$300K+ (highly negotiable)
- Sign-on, relocation, and retention bonuses

Qualifications:
- BC in Family Medicine
- 5+ years clinical experience
- 2+ years leadership experience required
- Strong interest in program development and mentorship
