A highly respected healthcare organization in Central Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director of a well-established Emergency Department. • Lead the Emergency Department, providing evaluation and treatment for a broad range of medical and trauma patients
• Collaborate with and support a dedicated team of experienced Physician Assistants
• Level IV Trauma Center serving a stable regional patient population
• Flexible scheduling with 10
• or 12-hour shifts
• No call responsibilities
• Average Emergency Department census of approximately 25 patients per day
• Day-shift focused schedule
• Option for a 4
• or 5-day work week

Compensation:

Salary:

$345K+ (based upon experience)

Sign-On Bonus:

$75K+
