  • Lead medical quality and set clinical standards, protocols, and best practices across small
  • and large-animal services
  • Provide hands-on clinical care, including examinations, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
  • Mentor, coach, and develop veterinarians and medical staff; foster a collaborative, learning-focused culture
  • Partner with hospital leadership on budgeting, equipment planning, and service-line development
  • Ensure accurate medical records, appropriate controlled drug management, and timely communication among doctors and with clients
  • Address client concerns professionally and support strong referral and community relationships
  • Guide recruitment and onboarding of veterinary team members
  • Support compliance with applicable veterinary practice and workplace safety regulations
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation consistent with a hospital offering 24/7 doctor-on-call coverage Requirements
  • DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
  • License (or eligibility) to practice in Wyoming
  • DEA registration (or eligibility) and thorough understanding of controlled drug protocols
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • 3-5+ years of clinical experience, including strong surgical and dental skills
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
