Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered environment Manage scheduling and coordination for the IV therapy department Oversee new patient scheduling and onboarding processes Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and ongoing performance management Ensure clinic systems, workflows, and policies are followed consistently Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of healthcare office management experience (functional or integrative medicine experience is a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, courteous, and consistently professional in patient and staff interactions Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Why Join Us This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a mission-driven clinic that helps patients improve their quality of life through thoughtful, root-cause medicine.
