Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to answer the phone, book clients and manage our books. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, seamlessly communicate with clientele and manage the day to day operations. Responsibilities Supervise and manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Oversee the booking system and ensure accurate bookings while maximizing occupancy rates. Monitor phone systems to ensure effective communication with guests and staff. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests by upholding hospitality standards. Experience Strong understanding of front desk operations and guest services. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Familiarity with basic computer skills to manage accounts and billing using tools like excel.
