Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager, where you will lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. This pivotal role combines administrative expertise, team leadership, and healthcare management to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient clinic workflow. As the driving force behind practice success, you will oversee staff coordination, financial management, compliance adherence, and patient relations—all while fostering a positive and productive environment. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize productivity and patient satisfaction Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, medical billing, financial reporting, and ensuring revenue cycle efficiency Supervise healthcare staff including dental assistants, administrative support personnel, and clinical team members, promoting teamwork and professional development Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies to ensure legal and ethical practice standards are met Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical records management and patient data security Coordinate with insurance providers for managed care processing and utilization management to streamline patient billing and claims processing Implement human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a motivated team environment Ensure adherence to medical terminology standards and proper handling of medical records while supporting medical administrative functions such as appointment scheduling and patient management software use Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong understanding of clinic operations Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing teams in a healthcare setting Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with electronic health records management is essential Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards Strong financial acumen in budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal management within a healthcare environment Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities Background in medical office experience or nursing is highly desirable; acute care or hospital experience is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Embark on this exciting journey where your leadership fuels the success of our dental practice! Pay:
