Job Overview Supports the clinic by overseeing and coordinating optical operations, leads the personnel and manages resources necessary for patient care, specifically overseeing optical outcomes. This role requires, ABO Certification, strong optical expertise, exceptional patient care, leadership skills, efficient workflow, strong financial performance, ability to maintain inventory, and comply with all optical and healthcare regulations. Serve as a primary liaison between the optical team, patients, and upper management. Must have a passion for patient care, leading a team, and have a positive and professional approach. Supports the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Great River Eye Clinic.
